Wildman blanc 21. Lucy Margaux
Adelaide Hills, Australia.
Salud ✨
Adelaide Hills, Australia.
A wine made from the Sauvignon blanc variety, quite remote but curious to try if you want to see first-hand what is produced naturally in Australia.
Lucy Margaux is a project that is very aware of its philosophy and its responsibility when it comes to presenting minimal intervention wines made with patience and perseverance.
Their mission is to spread the word about natural wine as a rebellion in wine production, “but it is so much more, because ‘natural’ is not greed, capitalism, chemical, or control. It is a metamorphosis to allow the archetypal beverage to form. Therefore, natural wine cannot be made by greedy people; you must have a relationship with the vines that offer you their fruit, and it would be a sin to manipulate them with chemicals, so they must be farmed organically. To adulterate nature’s work by filtering, fining, or any addition, including small amounts of sulfur, is not natural”.
Nothing else to add. Cheers ✨
